Work on several genes of interest, analysis of the impact of the invalidation or overexpression of these genes on fertility.
My main project is divided into different axes:
* Cellular biology approaches: for validation of candidates, then for in vitro modulation on primary culture of spermatogonia.
* Development of reimplantation of stem germ cells in the testis of recipient mice, via micro-injection.
