The project led by Pierre Val, in the Molecular Physiopathology of the Adrenal and Endocrine Tissues team, is one of the 4 projects selected in the 2023 AAP, proposed as part of a partnership between the ARC Foundation and Worldwide Cancer Research.

The aim of this call for projects is to support exploratory and translational research into the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer.

As part of this project, Pierre Val and his team are investigating whether the hormone testosterone could help to treat adrenocortical cancer, a very rare but aggressive type of cancer.
